Each 9″ dia spot features yoga poses to guide students through a self-directed circuit. Little to no guidance is needed from the instructor! Molded-in designs stay for years and clearly list the name and show start/stop movements for each pose. The thick poly material is extremely durable, resisting tears and any signs of wear, even when routinely stepped on. It also grips the floor so spots don’t slide when in use.

Set includes 12 spots. Poses include: Chair Pose, Downward Dog, Cobra Pose, Triangle Pose, Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Locust Pose, Butterfly, Tree Pose, Child’s Pose, Extended Hand to Toe, Shoulder Stand. Complete set weighs 5.5 lb.
