VariSafe Indoor Weight Sled

Felt lining on the runners protects flooring so users can train indoors during inclement weather, when it’s dark out, or just because they can! Use the 5″H handle for low push routines or the anchor point on the other end of the sled for dragging/pulling exercises on gym flooring or smooth tile. The 11″H post holds 225 lb in Olympic plates to increase the challenge during speed drills. Durable powder-coated steel tubing withstands routine use and maintains a new look.

Sled is 30½”L x 20″W x 13″H; 18 lb. Complete Set includes sled, 1 pair of Replacement Runners (which require replacement after routine use), and 1 Tow-Go™ Harness/Leash. Sled and Replacement Runners also sold separately.
