Rainbow IntroFit OverLoad Trainers

We took our OverLoad trainer and scaled it back to introduce beginner athletes to strongman routines. These trainers feature a smaller octogonal shape and lightweight design to help beginners develop core muscles and focus on proper form. Six seatbelt-grade nylon handles allow students to perform shoulder carries, overhead tosses, lunges, and more without the trainer falling or slipping.
