Easier Grip for Beginners

Unlike thicker rope options with more heft than younger students can control, these 3/4” dia ropes are perfect for teaching the fundamentals of rope conditioning! Students will expend less energy when making waves, allowing them to focus on the basics of rope training and get comfortable with the motions. As they progress to thicker, heavier ropes, they’ll have the confidence they need to train appropriately.

Durable Equipment

The Warrior StrongHold Jr. Anchor Station is the perfect sidekick for 3/4” dia ropes. A powder-coated steel frame stands up to heavy institutional wear. A full rubber base keeps the anchor stationary during exercises and protects gym flooring. Plastic-molded rope hooks protect the ropes from unnecessary friction. Poly boot ends on ropes provide better grip and prevent ropes from fraying. Anchor station is 16-1/2”W x 12”H, 15 lb.
