Parallel Landmine Handle

Allow for back-blasting double-arm rows with a landmine attachment using this compact handle. It easily slides over any standard barbell sleeve to separate the user’s grip, increasing forearm burn. The handle also features an integrated dip belt ring for big belted squats. Knurled handles increase grip even when hands are sweaty to prevent slipping during training.
