A 13 lb flywheel leads to smooth, ergonomic rolling along the rails for users up to 6’6″ tall. A higher seat allows for easy on and off. The footplate is positioned similarly to an actual race boat, allowing for realistic training. A magnetic braking system provides up to 5 levels of resistance. A user-friendly LCD console displays time, 500 m pace, number of strokes, stroke per minute, heart rate, and energy consumption. Connect to apps (including KETTMAPS), sports watches, and heart rate monitors via Bluetooth.
