IntroFit Weight Sled

Beginners can build confidence and feel successful with the IntroFit Weight Sled. They’ll have fun working out, knowing they can go hard during class while the sled goes easy on them, thanks to soft foam and vinyl construction. Non-intimidating foam-encased weights are safe for students to carry by themselves, and low 5 and 10 lb resistance allows students to learn proper form without struggling during exercises.

Hook-and-loop fasteners on each weight are easy to use, so even the youngest students can load the sled to their preference and ability. Properly loaded, students can perform a wide variety of activities like dragging the sled via the included Tow-Go Harness with 10’L leash or pushing the sled instead. Like the forgiving weights, the base is covered with foam and vinyl to protect gym floors from marring.
