IntroFit PlyoHurdle

This dual design is more affordable than buying 2 separate pieces of equipment and just as effective! Hurdles focus on agility and coordination, encouraging students to be quick on their feet and accurate in their motions, so as to not knock over the hurdles. As a plyo box, students will learn explosiveness and endurance as they practice steps and jumps involving the elevated position of the box.

Durable construction stands up to institutional use. High-density foam is protected by a soft, nonslip vinyl cover cover that is easy to clean. Handle provides easy transport to and from storage.
