Heavier than our Hex Jr Bar, yet not as hefty as our 70 lb HEXtreme trap bar, this 50 lb intermediate hex bar is designed to accommodate a wide range of users. It is light enough for some beginners and can be loaded up with 700 lb of Olympic style plates for more advanced training! Wide-body design enables students to push themselves with heavier weights. Compatible with most power racks. 31-1/2″W x 78″L.
