Healthy Lifestyle Choices Grades 6-8 Digital Curriculum

Teach students how to become their own health advocates using examples they face in their daily lives. The program teaches them beneficial health skills, while also outlining consequences of negative behaviors. This combination allows students to work with their peers to form a healthy outcome. Each unit focuses on issue middle schoolers often face including mental/emotional health, physical activity, nutrition, substance abuse, environmental health, and more. The curriculum includes short- and long-term lessons that can be completed by individuals or in teams. Analyze what students learn with the included assessments.

Based on National Health Education Standards, teachers can alter lessons based on student needs. License provides 2-year digital access to curriculum.
