Gopher Landmine Anchor

The unique sleeve design on this trainer allows it to rotate better than others, allowing for full 360 degrees of rotation. This makes it ideal for exercises in the transverse plane, including upper body pressing, rotational core training, lunging, deadlifting, and much more. To set up, simply insert the trainer into the collar of a standard weight plate for a secure anchor point and insert a standard barbell into the other end. Powder-coated steel construction withstands institutional use.
