Use this ladder with rungs flat for fast footwork drills, then raise each rung to quickly switch to hurdle training! Independent snap adjustment on each rung varies the height in 1″ increments up to 9″H. Printed numbers make it simple to adjust all rungs to the same height or in set increments—there’s no need to count or guess! Pliable composite rungs bounce back when stepped on, keeping drills on time. The ladder’s durable nylon webbing is lightweight and easy to transport. Clips on each end of the ladder allow users to easily attach multiple ladders for longer drills. Ladder is 18’L x 24″W.
