Upper-Body Training

Users grip two 1″ dia pegs and insert them into the holes on the board, attempting to climb to the top and ascend back down. With no preset points of contact, this dynamic climbing system gives students more freedom of movement to develop upper-body muscles that standard pull-ups or rock climbing can’t provide. Mount vertically or horizontally to vary the challenge!

Maple Wood

Hard maple construction with a smooth, non-porous finish ensures no slivers during use. Choose an introductory pegboard with 30 staggered holes or the larger 38-hole board for increased difficulty.
