Intuitive Design

The most popular rower on the market, the Concept 2 Model D is easy to use, comfortable to work on, and easily transported throughout your space! A nickle-plated chain, stainless steel single-track I-beam, and welded steel support legs offer unrivaled durability in an institutional setting. A self-powered flywheel is equipped with an air-controlling damper for a liquid-smooth stroke. Students can adjust the air resistance on a scale from 1 to 10, with most being comfortable in the 3 to 5 range.

Rubber coated handles offer an ergonomic, secure grip, even when hands are sweaty. Adjustable footrests accommodate most students. After training training, simply tip the rower up on its smooth-rolling wheels, roll it out of the way, and store it vertically against the wall for a minimal footprint on your training space. Alternatively, a quick-release frame folds for storage in tight spaces. Weight capacity is 500 lb. Assembly required. 96″L x 24″W x 14″H seat, 57 lb.

The PM5 console can be as simple to use or as in-depth as the athlete requires. Simply display distance, speed, pace, calories, and watts; engage in motivational games to keep rowing for longer; or track detailed workout data using built-in connectivity to wireless heartrate monitors. Position the monitor wherever you like with the adjustable arm and easily read data on the large backlit display. Console is powered by 2 D-cell batteries.
