These ARE your father’s farmer’s walk bars—no excuses, no frills, just work. Students will get right to work with this simple, time-tested design that builds grip and core strength the old-fashioned way. And without unnecessary bells and whistles, these stripped-down bars are easier to store and more portable than others, too. Use with any standard bumper plates or cast-iron plates and 2” collars. Handle features knurling for a secure grip during use. Includes 2 bars. Each bar is 46”L; 16 lb.
