With an improved design, the BOSU NextGen Pro trainer is stronger than the original. It comes with a latex-free, burst-resistant platform and thicker bladder to withstand more use and abuse. The textured channel markings and four-quadrant design allow for proper alignment during use. An upgraded full-rubber base keeps trainer in place during use, providing the best grip ever on a BOSU. The nonskid, nonmarring design protects floors.

Exercise Options

BOSU is a unique piece of exercise equipment because it can be used with the platform- or dome-side facing up. Having the dome side up is great for single-leg balance, step-up, and core exercises. Using it with the platform side up is great for exercises like mountain climbers, push-ups, planks, squats, and lunges.

Easy to Use

Users can easily inflate the dome to their desired level. Having higher air pressure provides less challenge than lower air pressure. Follow manufacturer’s guidelines for inflation. Includes hand pump. Trainer supports up to 350 lb and is 26″ dia x 9″H; 19 lb.
