Quality Design

Textured channel markings and four-quadrant design on the trainer’s dome guides users to ensure proper alignment for a more effective workout. Thick, 6.5 lb PVC bladder stands up to routine use and allows for quick variations in inflation level based on user preference and exercise type. A polypropylene platform with molded-in handles combined with 6 nonskid, non-marring feet make for a solid, steady base.

Versatile Trainer

This versatile trainer acts as 4 products in 1: a balance board, plyo box, balance disc, and stability ball. That’s because users can stand on either the soft dome side or rigid platform side of the trainer. Whichever side is up, users have to engage core and stabilizer muscles to maintain control of their movement. Use the dome side for balance squats, lunges, crunches, and more. Flip it to the platform side for challenging balance push-ups, rocking planks, hip extensions and much more! Trainer includes a hand inflation pump and supports users up to 300 lb.
